I would like to tell you about a recent transaction that I had. The client was a repeat client and due to work schedule we had to close at his home. He lives in Bloomery, WV. It was an hour drive from Front Royal. This home is located in a very remote location of West Virginia. The home is located on a one lane winding icy road with no sign of life. Mr. Tribus and I closed the loan at 4:00pm in a snow storm. The client was very happy and of course I was too. Tell me how many title companies would do that for anyone? I have had loans closed on weekends or 9:00pm in the evening. They are 100% customer driven.

I would highly recommend using Clear Title and Escrow for your loan closings. I have closed several loans with them and have encountered the highest level of professionalism and competence. They are always willing to go above and beyond the normal course of business. For example I had a client who was leaving town for two weeks and needed their loan to close that day. The loan package didn’t get to Clear Title and Escrow until almost 5:00pm. The closer agreed to drive to the client’s home and close the loan. The clients were very pleased that we were able to do this for them. It has been a pleasure working with a company who works just as hard to get a loan closed as I do.
